4-H Centennial Survey

We need your help to SHOW and TELL the Utah 4-H centennial story.  We are gathering photos, stories and memorabilia that tell the 4-H story for our 2012 publication and traveling 4-H exhibit.  We would like to highlight each county in some way in the 2012 publication.  Please fill out the form below to let us know about notable 4-H people, stories and things specific to your county.   If you have questions please contact Mike Whitesides at mike.whitesides@usu.edu.
